NAMOA Members, Vendors, and Supporters:
We are just under 5 weeks away from the 2019 NAMOA Training Conference in Eugene, Oregon. Your conference committee from the EPD Motor Unit has been working extremely hard during this last year to plan a successful training experience for everyone.

A couple items of mention.
If you have delayed booking your hotel at the Valley River Inn it’s too late to reserve the full week, as the entire hotel is booked out. They have a few single night rooms available on Tuesday and Friday nights, but nothing for the entire block.
We have worked with the Marriott hotel nearby by, and you can still receive the same great group rate with a free breakfast. Please contact the Marriott in Eugene directly and mention you are a NAMOA attendee. They will give you the $115 rate; however we were only able to secured 9 rooms. Once these rooms are booked out and are gone, you will be on your own to find lodging.

If you do book at the Marriott, any trailers will still need to be dropped at the designated trailer area at the Valley River Inn. No trailer parking will be allowed at the Marriott. If you’re staying at the Marriott this will not eliminate your ability to attend the conference banquet on Friday night.
If you have not registered for the conference yet please do so as soon as possible. We need to get a final number count for things like t-shirts, lunches, banquet attendance, swag bags, etc. Please get yourself, your teams, and any supporting vendor registration done in the next week or so. Register at the NAMOA web site (www.NAMOA.org).
Remember the conference begins on Wednesday, May 15 and will continue daily through Friday, May 17; at which time the member banquet will be held at the end of the day Friday. Rider check in will begin on Tuesday, May 14 anytime between 2 and 5 pm, and will resume early Wednesday morning prior to the rider briefing and opening ceremony.
One last mention which is very important. We are still looking for an agency or group of agencies to team up and commit to hosting the 2020 NAMOA Training Conference. Please discuss the possibility with your training groups and agencies. It would be nice to have a small presentation from each interested group at this years conference. If you have any questions as to what it entails to host a conference, please reach out to the E Board and we can reassure you it is a great experience.
Ride safe and on behalf of your E Board we are all excited to see you soon and take part in this years conference.
Be well and Enjoy the day!
