NAMOA Members, Vendors, and Supporters
We are just over 6 months away from the 2020 NAMOA Training Conference in Bend, Oregon. Your conference committee from the Bend and Redmond Motor Units have been working extremely hard during this last several months to plan a successful training experience for everyone.
We will have two host hotels this year. One will be the Hilton Garden Inn; and the other will be at a sister hotel, the Hampton Inn. Both hotels are located in the Old Mill District where the training conference will be held.
Each hotel has the same group rate with associated amenities. Please take a look at the hotel links which are located below, as well as on our association web page, for further details. This will give you the option to decide which hotel works best for you and your training teams. There is a limited block of rooms saved at each hotel at a group rate of $113.00 plus tax per night. Once they are all taken up you will be on your own to located an alternate hotel, or perhaps pay a little higher rate at one of the host hotels. This means you should definitely book your rooms sooner than later.
As we move closer to the conference date we will send out further instructions on where to park trailers, registration pick up times and location, etc. Our 123signup is available to register you and your teams for the conference. Please visit the NAMOA web site (www.NAMOA.org) to access the the 123signup registration link, as well as the host hotel links to make your room reservations. As always it is a huge help to the association and planning committee to get signed up sooner rather than later. An accurate headcount is vitally important to ensure we have enough resources and materials for all who plan to attend.
Remember the conference begins on Wednesday, May 20 and will continue daily through Friday, May 22.
The member banquet will be held at the end of the day Friday. Rider check in will begin on Tuesday, May 19; time is still TBD, and will resume early Wednesday morning prior to the rider briefing and opening ceremony.
The 2020 conference committee has prepared a short attached video regarding the upcoming conference. Take a peak….looks like some great training a good times ahead.
As the fall season proceeds, and with the winter approaching please ride safe. On behalf of your NAMOA E-Board we are all excited to see you soon and take part in this years conference.
Be well and Enjoy the day!
